Refund policy

1. Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted unless one of the following warranties given by the Jokmah team: 

a) If the system break affecting the services provided to the customer a refund can be evaluated for the days of interruption of the services.

b) If your Jokmah tenant is removed accidentally by us.

2. We will assess refund or credit requests (if you have an Jokmah account) on their merits, considering the digital nature of Jokmah SAAS service. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:

  1. you have changed your mind about an item;
  2. you bought an item by mistake;
  3. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  4. you ask for goodwill; 

3. After your trial period the system will automatically charge you if you don't cancel on time your subscription with us. And will auto renew if you haven't cancelled.

4. If we decide to issue a refund or credit (if you have an Jokmah account), this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. So  if the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse. Any payment will be made in US Dollars.
