What is Jokmah?
Jokmah is a cloud platform for organizing church members, ministries, groups, schedules, training and resources. It brings administrative tools together so your team can work with information in one place.
Is Jokmah suitable for a small church?
Yes. You can choose a plan based on the number of members and users you need. Review the published limits and talk to us about how your church works.
Do I need to install software?
Jokmah works in a browser with an internet connection. You can access it from a computer, tablet or phone without installing desktop software.
Is the demonstration free and how long does it last?
Yes. The demonstration is free, lasts one hour and comes with no obligation to subscribe. We show you the platform and answer your team’s questions before you decide.
Does the demonstration include a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial, subject to approval by the Jokmah administrator. To request it, create your account, verify your email and complete your church details. The 30 days start when your church is prepared and activated, with no card and no automatic renewal. The demonstration is a one-hour guided session to explore the platform and ask questions; you can request it separately.
What do I need to get started?
Tell us how your church is organized and review the plans. After contracting the service, your church’s workspace is prepared and its first administrator is invited. You can then bring in your team and organize your information.
Plans and subscriptions
How do I choose a plan?
Compare member capacity, user limits, storage and included tools. Current prices and limits are shown in the plans section. Contact us before subscribing if you need a different capacity.
Can I pay in Dominican pesos?
Yes. If you are in the Dominican Republic, you can pay for your subscription in Dominican pesos (RD$) by bank transfer or in cash. Arrange payment with the Jokmah team on WhatsApp at +1 849-352-9220; before you pay, we confirm the amount in pesos and the payment details.
Does creating an account activate my subscription?
Creating an account is the first step. Service is activated after the subscription process and payment confirmation. If you have already subscribed but cannot sign in, contact our team to review your church’s status.
Is a church website included?
Yes, with Premium. It includes tools for creating public church pages using the available templates and sections. A custom domain or bespoke design must be agreed separately.
What happens when I reach the member limit?
When you reach your plan’s contact limit, you need more capacity to add contacts. Reaching the limit does not delete existing records. Request a plan change before adding more contacts.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can request a plan change through the Jokmah team. Before applying it, we confirm the new price, capacity and effective date. For a downgrade, we check that the plan covers your church’s contacts, users and storage.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can request cancellation of renewal at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you pay through Paddle, you can also use the management link in your receipt or paddle.net. Access continues until the end of the paid term and subsequent renewals are stopped. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
Church tools
Can I import contacts from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Jokmah supports CSV contact imports with column mapping for authorized users on a plan that includes this feature. If your data is in Excel or another system, review its structure and prepare a compatible CSV. Ask our team if you need guidance.
What can I organize in the academy?
You can organize programs, classes, enrollments, sessions and attendance, alongside a course catalog. It supports administration of church training. If you need a learning campus with videos, exams or certificates, discuss that scope during the demonstration.
Can I organize events and tasks?
Yes. Jokmah provides calendars, events and tasks to organize team activities. A calendar event does not imply ticket sales, public registration or automatic reminders. Discuss those needs during the demonstration.
What can I do with offerings and inventory?
You can record offerings and payment methods, reconcile manually, void entries and consult receipts and reports. Inventory tools track stock and movements. These tools alone do not constitute a complete general accounting system.
Does recording offerings mean I can receive online donations?
No. Administrative offering records are separate from a payment gateway for donations. Paying for a Jokmah subscription is also separate from donating to your church. Contact our team if you need to receive digital contributions.
Team, access and data
Can my whole team work in Jokmah?
You can add users up to your plan’s limit and assign roles and permissions according to their responsibilities. Each person should use their own account. Sharing a password makes it harder to control access and identify who performed an action.
Can every user read counseling notes?
No. Counseling sessions and pastoral notes require specific counseling permissions, initially assigned to each church’s administrator role. Access to other tools does not grant those permissions. Administrators should review any additional grants.
Can I export my church’s information?
Authorized users can export contacts and use the reports available in their plan’s modules. Exports containing pastoral notes require additional counseling permissions. Contact our team if you need a copy of information not covered by these tools.
Can I access Jokmah from my phone?
Yes. You can use the web version in your phone’s browser with an internet connection. If you need a mobile app, confirm its availability and enabled features for your church before subscribing. Mobile and web features may differ.
What if I cannot sign in or need help?
Check that you are using your church’s address and the account assigned to you. Use the password recovery option on the relevant sign-in page. If the problem continues, contact your church’s administrator or call the Jokmah team at 1-849-352-9220.
